Li&Li has a customer friendly return policy on our returnable* products to ensure your online purchase is free of stress and We promise to be fair in our decisions. Once we accept the return, we will issue you store credit in form of a Gift Card that can be used to purchase anything you like.
*Eligibility for Return and Refund
1. Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
2. Products not as per description on the website OR a wrong item sent
3. Sale items are not returnable
4. Gift Vouchers are not returnable.
1. Product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged.
2. Custom made products and Sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.
3. The product tags should be intact with their original packing else we will not be able to process your return.
4. Return Initiated after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted by Li&Li.
5. Most of the Li & Li Product embellishment is done by handcraft. Since crafts are prone to a slight variation in the design, colour and pattern work; also, therefore we may not be able to accept the return if the same are your criteria for making a return.
6. The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and color.
7. We, at Li&Li are dedicated to offering you the best quality products. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit(like a Pearl is been peeled off from which its glued, Embroidery bead or thread is Brocken) all such case we will take whole responsibility to correct the same and send it back without losing its original look & quality. Li&Li will bear the up and down transit charges for such cases.

Most of the products on liandli.in are handcrafted as such there may be a slight variation in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website.
Products are manufactured in different lots/batches of fabrics/Laces while every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the embroidery pattern/design as well as the lace design/Pattern there may be a remote possibility that minor variations in the pattern/Design due to lot-to-lot variations, non-availability of the same design fabric/Lace in the market and few Fabric/Lace manufacturing companies stop the outdated design and replace with a new design.
This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color settings and displaying capabilities of computer monitors, laptops or the mobile devices that you may be using.
The actual product images are taken after proper ironing and arrangements, and the product package you get delivered may contain wrinkles or folds due to limitations in the packaging. So in order to get a good look, please do a mild ironing and proper arrangement. Or, kindly, contact the designers so they can guide you properly.
Please follow the below steps to initiate a return:
1. You need to register by sending an email to email@example.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return in the email
2. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on the resolution or return of your item.
3. Please allow Li&Li 3 working days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item or provide proper guidance of your order.
4. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
5. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Gift Card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?
*When you’re returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller’s part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs. 100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the Li&Li products for the next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.
*Shipping charges are not refundable for international orders
*We do not offer a reverse pick-up service for international orders where the address is outside of India. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address:

Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.
Good To Know:
1. We can only offer exchanges based on the availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.
2. Please allow up to 3 working days to get your Gift Card Credit after we have received the return product.
3. In case a product is missing from your shipment or a product is damaged in transit, please call or email us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further.
4. Images on the website are clicked with a lighting effect due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary slightly from the image taken.
5. Please do not courier back an item to us without prior consultation and confirmation with Liandli. It is critical that we verify the legitimacy of the claim. Requests for credit or replacement or refund shall not be entertained under such circumstances.
6. Liandli selling products directly in own website and not by resellers. In case of customization, we are taking order confirmation via our social media channels which are updated on the own website www.liandli.in.
7. We request customers who are confirming the order on our social media platform to specify all requirements together at the end of the enquiry to process your order error free. We have noticed that there can be a remote possibility of error when you make a long enquiry and specify the requirements in between the conversation and it's very hard for us to go through complete conversation in social media to note down your requirements. Liandli will not be held responsible for such errors.
8. Once you share the final requirements on the social media platform and confirm the order after making the payment we suggest notes to change and specifications which you already finalized.
How to Cancel the order?
The order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement but a 5% transaction charge (payment gateway) will be deducted and refund the balance amount. To cancel the order please call us on 9500807667/9677024232 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If the order is Taken for production/shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In case of any genuine and unexpected issue, you want to cancel the order which is crossed 24 hrs from the time of order but still, Li&Li either not taken for production or shipped, case to case Li&Li can take the Cancellation request but a 5% transaction charge(payment gateway) will be deducted and refund the balance amount.
